Joining our Club could not be easier!

In summary:

Your dogs must be five months of age or over to join our classes.

The Beginners course runs for 7 weeks. During this time you will be taught Socialisation Skills, General Pet Care and Basic Training—walking to heel, recalls, sit stay, down stay, fun retrieve and instant down.

If your dog has already received training in the above skills, we will assess you and your dog, as you may be ready for the higher classes.

Before joining classes, all dog owners are required to attend an intake session without their dog. In these sessions, we explain to new members how the classes are run and some basic rules to ensure everyone gets the best out of the classes.

Inoculation Certificates must be presented before a dog can join a class for the first time.

If you are interested in joining the ‘Gade’

•   giving your name, address and telephone number, and an Information Pack will be sent you.
• or, visit us on one of our club nights and talk to our Committee, trainers and members. You will also be able to observe our classes.
